Capital Raise
The project is currently seeking approximately $20.990 Million of equity capital from
accredited investors to complete the redevelopment and repositioning to a full service Marriott of which we have $8 Million of our personal capital as GP Capital.
Target investment characteristics currently under consideration include potential operational
cash flow distributions, a projected 3 year investment horizon, potential participation in
value appreciation upon exit or refinancing, and potential tax benefits including depreciation
depending on investor circumstances.
